This Privacy Policy details how Parent Perspective handles information submitted through this website.

This notice applies only to the Parent Perspective website. External websites and services, including the Konfidens booking service, have their own privacy information. Counselling client information is handled separately and is not covered by this notice.

Who is responsible for website information

Information submitted through website forms

Website forms collect the details requested on each form, such as your name, email address or phone number, to arrange a callback, provide a requested resource or send email updates if you opt in.

How the information is used

• To respond to a request, arrange a callback or provide a resource you requested.

• To send email updates if you have chosen to receive them. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email; Parent Perspective will then stop sending marketing emails.

• To operate, maintain and protect the website, including understanding general website use where analytics are enabled.

The legal basis for answering an enquiry or providing a requested resource is Parent Perspective’s legitimate interests or, where relevant, steps taken at your request before a contract. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent.

Information is used only for these purposes and is not sold or shared with another organisation for its own marketing. Website and email service providers may handle information on Parent Perspective’s behalf to support these functions.

How long information is kept

Details provided to respond to an enquiry or send a requested resource are kept only for as long as they are needed for that purpose. Email update details are kept until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, Parent Perspective stops sending updates and keeps only the information needed to respect your choice.
