How sessions work
Sessions are held weekly on a 1:1 basis for couples and usually last 1 to 2 hours depending on your needs and stage of pregnancy. Because sessions are personalised, we can focus on what feels most important to you. This may include:

I don't feel like myself during pregnancy or after having a baby, can counselling help even if I don't know why?
